30 DAYS REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You can initiate your refund by writing to us via email. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation in order to process the return.

Note that we do not accept returns from customers who return orders for no genuine reason due to the sensitive and delicate nature of our product.

AUTHORIZATION AND QUALIFICATION OF RETURNS

You lose your right of withdrawal if the item has large signs of several wears and is not in good condition, you should be able to make your decision after wearing it once, packaging (bag and cardboard box) must be as when you received it.

Once your return has been received and examined, You receive full refund less the shipping cost for to and fro, but If the product shows signs of multiple uses or damages we will refund you 50% due to the nature of our product. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the product, We will also send you an email when your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, we will transfer the purchase amount less the delivery fees.
