REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Note that due to the hygienic and delicate nature of our product, we do not accept returns from customers after more than one use, customers should know if the product is for them or not after one use.

If you have difficulties in using our product, our customer service is always available to help you with tutorials and also talk you through the process of using the product. Most customers do not know how to use the inserts, or the right outfit to wear with the inserts. Majority of such request were resolved by helping the clients understand how to use our product. Sometimes the problem is due to our clients ordering the wrong size and we fix that by arranging an exchange. Please contact our customer care for help before attempting a refund, because the end result has always been satisfactory after getting guidance and tutorial.

If after getting help and guidance from our customer care, you still cannot use our product, you can initiate your refund by writing to us via email. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation in order to process the return.

AUTHORIZATION AND QUALIFICATION OF RETURNS

You lose your right of refund if the item has signs of several wears and is not in good condition, you should be able to make your decision after wearing it once, also packaging (bag and cardboard box) must be as when you received it.

We will arrange for product return, once your product has been received and examined, you will receive full refund less the to and fro delivery cost. If the product shows signs of multiple use or damages you will no longer qualify for refund due to the nature of our product.

We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the product and If your return is approved. we will transfer the purchase amount less the delivery fees.

SHIPMENT

When requesting for a refund, bear in mind that you are responsible for paying the costs associated with delivery and returning the item. Preferably through Evri shipping company.
